MELISA Institute has developed a biobank of maternal fluid samples in order to know the maternal embryonic dialogue in the first week of life and find very early pregnancy markers. For this purpose, couples up to 35 years’ old who are seeking pregnancy are recruited.

Since 2018 Dayana has been part of the study “Preconceptional cohort and repository of samples of women for the study of molecular markers of pregnancy and its outcome.”

Javiera, her first daughter, was born on August 8th. We congratulate her parents and all the professionals who were part of this process throughout. In addition, we would like to thank FISAR for the sponsorship that allows this research to be carried out.
