High-throughput longitudinal proteomics of cervicovaginal fluid during consecutive days of women’s menstrual cycles: a new robust, sensitive, and efficient method
Protein studies in cervicovaginal fluid (CVF) are essential for female reproductive health. However, current mass spectrometry techniques for analyzing this fluid have limitations. This study demonstrated that the diaPASEF method is significantly superior to the conventional DDA-FracOffline approach, identifying 33% more proteins in CVF with greater precision. This makes diaPASEF a robust and efficient tool for biomarker research and diagnosis in women's health.

EARLY–PREG: Preconception, longitudinal, bidirectional, and counterfactual open cohort of women trying to conceive for the characterization of maternal–embryonic molecular crosstalk during the first weeks after conception
EARLY-PREG is a preconception, longitudinal, bidirectional, and counterfactual cohort study that aims to research maternal–embryonic communication during the first two weeks after conception through a biorepository of biological fluids and tissues.
