Our proteomics platform is capable of massively identifying proteins in solution or in gel, through bottom-up proteomics methods, tag-free quantification and new sequencing of purified proteins.
These provide the ability to increase the spectrum of analysis in the different lines of research.
At MELISA Institute we have a complete genomic platform and highly specialized professionals. As a result, our Core Facility offers state-of-the-art genomic studies ranging from sample quality control and library preparation to high-throughput mass sequencing of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) using the Illumina NextSeq 500 system.
At MELISA Insitute we seek to deliver a personalized service according to the requirements of each researcher and their project. Therefore, we have a wide range of bioinformatic analyzes to interpret, understand and communicate your data.
Our analyzes correspond to: bioinformatics data analysis, clustering, multiple comparison between data sets, statistical data analysis, and peptidomic analysis.
Through our preprative chromatography platform, we are able to develop protein and analyte purification methods in a fast, safe, scalable and reproducible way, through the implementation of different chromatographic strategies (ie molecular exclusion, ion exchange, affinity, phase normal and reverse phase). As well as decomplexing peptide mixtures by fractionating them in the implementation of Deep Proteomics approaches.
